These terms are an agreement between you and Moda Content, which operates Moda Content ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
The service
Moda Content provides Product studio tools to create AI models, choose backgrounds and themes, and generate on model product photos; Ad studio tools to analyze your brand from a logo and website URL and generate multi format ad creatives; and motion video on Pro to turn completed product or ad images into short 720p cinematic clips (10 seconds, 90 credits). Plan limits include saved model slots and monthly credits that vary by subscription tier. Features, credit allowances, pricing, and supported workflows may change over time. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practical.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
We protect account profile data using encryption and other security measures described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for the content you upload or generate in the studio.
Your content
You retain ownership of product images and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide and improve the service, including sending relevant inputs to our AI and infrastructure providers for generation.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use uploaded materials and generated outputs for your intended purpose, including rights to branding and intellectual property where applicable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Moda Content to:
- Violate applicable laws or third party rights.
- Upload or generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems.
- Misrepresent AI generated content in ways that violate applicable disclosure or advertising rules.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the service or other users.
Subscriptions and credits
Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date. Credits reset according to your plan. Product shots, ad sizes, and motion video (Pro only) consume credits at the rates shown in the studio. Fees are non refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in our billing policy.
Third party services
Your use of Moda Content may involve third party services that have their own terms and policies. By using our service, you also agree to comply with applicable third party terms where your use of those services is required.
Replicate
Processes AI image and motion video generation requests using the content and settings you submit.
GitHub
Hosts application source code and supports deployment workflows used to build and ship the service.
We are not responsible for third party services, their availability, or changes to their terms. If a provider suspends or limits access, some features of Moda Content may be affected.
AI generated output
Generated images and videos are produced by AI and may contain imperfections or unexpected results. We do not guarantee that outputs will meet every creative, legal, or commercial requirement. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or selling them.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
